
Our Balances
A Balance is an appointment focused on the most important thing…. you and your loved ones.
Every session is different because your body decides what it is you need, the emotions to clear, patterns to put an end to and new paths to walk down. During the sessions you can talk as much or as little as you like, there is no pressure. We use muscle testing to connect to your higher self to find the healing you need.
Because we communicate and need different things at different times in out lives, the Balances look different for adults, teens and children…
Children- Kindred Balance Age 5-12
These balances are fun, 30-40min interactive sessions incorporating our usual balance process (modified for children) and brain gym movements. The focus is on emptying their emotional buckets, so they can work continue to grow and develop stress free. The aim is to help them learn to understand how emotions (negative and positive) affect their body, help balance their nervous systems and give them tools to self regulate.
Teens
Being a teenager is hard! As a Secondary teacher for 16 years, we have seen it all. Balance sessions focus on removing the stress, anxieties and added pressure teens put on themselves or feel from others.
Sessions are individualised, relaxed and confidential (where possible). Kin balances offers a safe place for teens to unload and refresh.
Adults
You wear so many different hats everyday, plus take on the stress for your loved ones. Balance sessions focus on clearing away stress that builds up in your body and causes emotional and physical issues. Whether you want to work on something specific like anxiety, anger, brain fog or just feel unconnected to your true self, we can help
